CCS Service Facilitator
Washburn County is seeking applicants for a CCS Service Facilitator position in the Mental Health & AODA Unit with the Department of Health and Human Services. CCS is a community and team based voluntary program serving adults and children experiencing mental health and/or AODA issues. Considerable knowledge of mental health and AODA as well as independent judgment, discretion and boundaries are required in working with individuals, families, providers, and community agencies. This position is also a part of an after-hours on-call system for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field OR five or more years of providing case management services to the mental health and/or AODA population, and a valid WI driver's license.
