Washburn County Inmate Visitation Rules
Procedure:
- Sign in at the front desk
- Provide valid picture identification
- Limit visit to 30 minutes
- Sign out when finished
Conduct:
- Cell phones and other electronic devices are prohibited
- Profanity is prohibited
- Children must be supervised
Information:
- Visitation is Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
- Visitation is closed on legal holidays
- Visitors must be on inmate’s approved visitor list
- Visitor lists contain up to 10 visitors - 3 non-family and 7 immediate family (parent, sibling, or child)
- Visitation lists may be updated by inmates at the first of each month
- Visitors must be at least 18 (exceptions: child or sibling of inmate or court order)
- Approved minor visitors must be supervised by approved adult visitors
- Visitation is on a first-come-first-serve basis
- Visits are monitored and recorded
- Inmates may be allowed up to 2 (two) visits per day
