Administrative Coordinator/HR Director

Washburn County is accepting applications for the Administrative Coordinator/HR Director position to begin work in early 2023. The purpose of this position is to administer, implement, and coordinate all county management functions including personnel management, policies, labor relations, and County Board resolutions and ordinances. This position will also perform and/or direct all administrative and clerical tasks to maintain personnel records, prepare payroll and reconciliations, payroll changes, orient new employees and implement employee benefits. Starting salary range is $100,000 - $125,000/year DOQ.  To download an application, click on the link below.  Resumes will be accepted but will not take the place of a completed application. Recruitment will continue until position is filled.
