Zoning Ordinance Information
Due to frequent changes to the Washburn County Code, it is impractical to post the Zoning Ordinance here. A complete updated version may be viewed on this website by selecting “County Ordinances” on the County home page. The Zoning Code is found at Chapter 38, Article IV. The sections regulating shore lands are found in Division 27.
