General Overview of Office Functions
The function of the Circuit Court is to fairly and expeditiously preside over all cases submitted by the public for the administration of justice. The judge and staff endeavor to perform that task by the prompt calendaring of all cases consistent with the processing guidelines promulgated by the 10 Judicial District Judges' Conference.
