Wisconsin Well Woman Program (WWWP)
Free Breast and Cerical Health screenings to income eligible women.
Check-ups may include screening, follow-up tests and referrals for: breast and cervical cancer.
Covered services are available from participating health care providers at no cost to Well Woman clients. There is no premium, no co-payment or deductible for the Well Woman Program. Not all covered services are available from every provider.
You may be eligible if:
- you are a women, age 45-64
- you don’t have health insurance or your insurance does not cover the total cost of WWWP check-ups or you are unable to pay the deductible or co-payments

How to Apply:
Enroll through Washburn County Health Department. Simple enrolment form; requires a birth certificate or passport, a Driver’s license/ID, Social Security car, proof of age, household income and insurance status. To enroll for WWWP or for more information on eligibility guidelines, call 715-635-4400.
