County Land Sale Information

The County holds a Tax Delinquent Land Sale each year. This sale is
usually held in June. If there are sufficient parcels to hold a sale,
the land sale packet will be posted on this site in May. The packet
will include: instructions on how the land sale is conducted, a detailed
listing of all the parcels, and a bid form for submitting sealed bids.
You may download this information from this site when it becomes
available. If you have any questions, please contact our office at

mailed for those without internet access, by sending your name and

Notice
Due to the lack of parcels, we will not be holding a tax deed land sale
this year. The few parcels we have will be held over until next year's
auction. In order to save mailing costs, we will no longer maintain a
mailing list for those with internet access. In May of 2010, we will
post land sale information as well as detailed descriptions of any
parcels on this website. Thank you for your interest.
